The purpose of my work is to assist others
in living authentic, passionate and personally satisfying lives.

I began coaching individuals almost thirty years ago, when business consulting clients began asking me to work with them privately. I now work with individuals, couples and families of all ages and from all walks of life who want to improve the quality of their lives from the inside out.
I listen to my clients without judgment, providing insight and feedback to assist them in achieving greater vitality, effectiveness and balance as they:
assess what is working and what is not working in all areas of their lives.
- develop greater compassion for themselves and those with whom they struggle.
- bear witness to the truth of what it is really like for them living their life.
- figure out who and what they really care about and how they want to express that caring.
- set and implement specific goals and strategies to address the key sources of distress in their lives.
- develop new skills and capabilities to support themselves in living with greater ease, grace and joy.
- make lasting changes that allow peace to be present inside of them as they create, promote and allow their goals, dreams and successes to come forward.
As an Ecumenical minister, ordained in 1985, I honor all religions and spiritual traditions and specialize in providing ministerial services to the spiritual but not religious.

"I love working with Judith – it’s like having a whole team of consultants rolled into one person."
|
|
"I don’t use Judith’s services because I am broken, but because I am smart enough to know that having a good coach enhances me in both good times and bad."
"I came to Judith for grief counseling after the sudden death of my husband. As I embarked on my new life, I realized that my entire life had changed and I was not only dealing with my grief, but also with new business, career and personal relationships. Judith has been invaluable guiding me through the process."
"... she helped me to find that place inside myself where I really love, accept and support myself regardless of whatever is going on in my life and what other people think about me and what I am doing."
"As a college student, I love working with Judith. She’s like having this wise elder who doesn’t judge me but helps me deal with my life."
"Working with Judith enabled me to get back in tune with the information flowing from my heart. Every day, I am now able to make daring decisions inspired by the truth seated within myself. I encounter adventures which Judith’s coaching has prepared me to meet with grace, bravery and wisdom... I feel confident in moments of anxiety and confusion and alive in moments of understanding and joy! Above all, Judith teaches the balance and perspective I need to launch into a practice of constant discovery."
"Judith has shown me through counsel and example that change and growth are truly possible. And perhaps best of all, that self discovery can be fun."
